Spira® cluster is Downlite's puff ball fill that looks, acts, and feels just like natural down. The 6-denier silicon fiber has great resiliency and can be machine washed and dried. These pillows are medium density. They have a 230 thread count 100% cotton tick that is double-needle and edge-sewn with matching piping.
