This is a metal, double wall bracket used for when you need two rods to layer your drapes one in front of the other (i.e. drapes with sheers behind. If your rod is under 6 feet long, you only need two brackets (one on each end). If your rod is longer than 6 feet or has been spliced together, we also recommend using a centre support bracket.
